<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce an animation file regardless of a type or a version of an OS and even when there is little free memory. <P>SOLUTION: When a server device 1 receives a request specifying an animation file from a terminal device 2, the server device 1 converts the animation file into character strings, and transmits the file converted into character strings to the terminal device 2. For reproducing the animation file, the terminal device 2 transmits the request specifying the animation file to the server device 1.
