<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a valid user in an occurrence of an error. <P>SOLUTION: A photographic sticker machine includes: a photographing part for performing photographing work, with a user defined as a subject; an edition part for performing editing work for inputting edition information onto an image of the user obtained by the photographing work; and a printing part for printing an obtained edited image of the user onto predetermined seal paper, discharging the printed seal paper and providing it to the user as a photographic sticker. When an error occurs and the error is restored, the photographic sticker machine specifies the user, and the specified user determines a process after the error restoration. The specification of the user is performed by a determination whether the image photographed by the photographing part matches the user or not.
