摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger which charges a DC battery with an AC power source at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 includes a DC battery 10 and a charger which charges the battery 10 with AC power from an AC power supply 200 outside the vehicle. The charger comprises: AC terminals 31 and 32 to which the AC power is supplied from an inlet 30; a positive electrode terminal 11 and a negative electrode terminal 12 which are respectively connected with a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the battery 10, and a motor 40. The motor 40 rotates the battery 10 so that the positive electrode terminal 11 and the negative electrode terminal 12 are respectively connected with the AC terminals 31 and 32 while a potential of the AC terminal 31 is higher than that of the AC terminal 32 in one cycle of AC voltage waveform, and rotates the battery 10 so that the positive electrode terminal 11 and the negative electrode terminal 12 are respectively connected with the AC terminals 32 and 31 while a potential of the AC terminal 32 is higher than that of the AC terminal 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
