摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger which charges a DC battery with an AC power source at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 includes a DC battery 10 and a charger which charges the battery 10 with AC power from an AC power supply 200 outside the vehicle. The charger comprises: a rectifier 20; AC terminals 31 and 32 to which the AC power is supplied from an inlet 30; and a positive electrode terminal 11 and a negative electrode terminal 12 which are respectively connected with a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the battery 10. The AC terminals 31 and 32, the positive electrode terminal 11, and the negative electrode terminal 12 have a brush structure. The rectifier 20 is provided between the AC terminals 31 and 32 and the positive electrode terminal 11 and the negative electrode terminal 12 so as to be in contact with theses terminals. The rectifier 20 rotates in synchronization with AC voltage waveform, rectifies the AC power supplied from the AC power supply 200 into DC power, and supplies the battery 10 with the DC power to charge the battery 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
