<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drip prevention valve which can easily control the run-out of liquid at the closing of the valve, is light in weight and can easily form a laminar flow. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid drip prevention valve 10 includes: a valve case 1; an input passage 2 which is protrusively formed at one end side of the valve case 1 and supplies a drug solution; a valve body 3 which opens and closes an outlet of the input passage 2; a valve chamber 4 which accommodates the valve body 3 and communicates with the input passage 2; and a nozzle 5 having an output passage 51 for discharging the drug solution from the other end side of the valve case 1. The valve body 3 is integrated with the nozzle 5, a valve body inner passage 30 in which the drug solution passes is formed at the valve body 3, the valve body inner passage 30 and the output passage 51 are made to communicate with each other, a cylinder 130 for accommodating a piston 53 formed at the external periphery of the nozzle 5 is formed at the valve case 1, and the valve body 3 is opened and closed by the supply and discharge of an operation fluid to/from the cylinder 130. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
