PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air-conditioner apparatus where airflow is increased as a passenger likes when the temperature of a heat medium for heating blown air is low.

SOLUTION: The vehicle air-conditioner apparatus includes: a blower 32 for generating the blown air; a heat exchanger 36 for heating the blown air by exchanging heat between the blown air and the heat medium; a target temperature setting means for setting a target temperature Tset in a vehicle cabin by an operation by a passenger; and a control means 50 for determining an operating rate of the blower 32 on the basis of the temperature of the heat medium. The control means 50 increases the operating rate of the blower 32 as the target temperature Tset is increased.
