<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic which has excellent luster and adherability of a coating film, and further has reduced stickiness and light extending. <P>SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic is obtained by blending the following components (a) to (c): (a) granulated silica particles formed with flaky silica in which the thickness of the primary particles is 0.001 to 0.1 μm and the concentration of silanol groups (SiOH) per specific surface area is 20 to 70 μmol/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>as an ingredient, having the average particle diameter of 1 to 50 μm and having degradability; (b) solid oil and/or an oil gelling agent; and (c) a high viscosity oil agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
