<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road railer that prevents derailment when traveling the track. <P>SOLUTION: The road railer includes: road running wheels installed in back and forth of a vehicle body and can run on a road; and track running wheels 26 for track running installed in back and forth of the vehicle body vehicle and can run on a rail R for track, and constituted so that the vehicle can run on the road by the road running wheel by oscillating a quoit holding bracket 24 upward by an oscillating cylinder 27 and makes the track running wheel 26 separated from on the rail R and positioned at a housing position to house in a vehicle body 2, and can run on the rail R by the track running wheel 26 by oscillating the quoit holding bracket 24 downward by the oscillating cylinder 27 and makes the track running wheel 26 located at a projection position to project on the rail R.
