<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional art does not substantially catch and lift a large fish drawn to a tip top of a fishing rod to the angler's feet, readily, highly reliably, and safely from a sufficiently high and safe place by him/herself without any help, excluding a short fishing rod. <P>SOLUTION: A method of hooking a gaff uses an auxiliary system for a rope gaff, an elastic winding body functioning as a guide for the gaff, is wound around the fishing rod together with a fishing line, or an elastic loop body, instead of the winding body, is positioned in front of a reel through a rod butt, a gaff is dropped along the fishing rod and the fishing line to reach the mouth of a fish, the vertical movement of a rope and struggling of the fish are used to swing the gaff around the fish with a part near the mouth of the fish located on the line connected to a hook hooked to the mouth as a swinging fulcrum, and thus the gaff is hooked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
