An inner frame is arranged with a retaining space (33) within the installation space. A motor (40) stands against the inner frame, and is provided with a rotary drive axle (41). The drive axle has a drive gear (411), which corresponds to the retaining space. A one-way bearing (60) is attached at ends of rotational axis (531) of gear.
