METHOD FOR CULTIVATING HIGH FUNCTIONAL APPLE WHICH CONTAINS VANADIUM HELPING INSULIN METABOLISM OF PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS

PURPOSE: A cultivation method of the vanadiferous containing high apple function is provided to contribute to insulin and to metabolize a patient with a type 2 diabetes. CONSTITUTION: Inorganic colloidal vanadium is produced by processing inorganic vanadium. The inorganic colloidal vanadium fertilizers are produced by liquefying or composting inorganic colloidal vanadium. The vanadiferous apples can be obtained by manuring the inorganic colloidal vanadium fertilizers to apple trees. The process of producing the inorganic colloidal vanadium comprises a step for pulverizing one of the vanadiferous minerals under 100 mesh size from vanadium pentoxide, vanadium trioxide, sodium metavanadate, vanadium tetrachloride, vanadium oxytrichloride and ammonium metavanadate. Separate first the pulverized minerals by magnet or centrifugation; remove other minerals except vanadium through vanadium adsorption colum; recover only vanadium from the vanadium absorption column. The process of liquefying the inorganic colloidal vanadium comprises following steps. Agitate the mixture of an aqueous solution of 1L at a pH less than 3 at 30-40°C and the vanadium mineral corresponding to 8% of the total volume; add glycerol corresponding to 0.2% of the total volume; pulverize the lumped elements under 100 mesh size to make them colloidal and adjust the pH between 5 and 7 of the colloidal vanadium. The process of manuring the inorganic colloidal vanadium fertilizer to the apple trees comprises the following steps. Apply it as 'watering and drench', 'foliar fertilization', 'topdressing' or 'basal dressing' at the leaf falling season of apple tree; manure it from 14 days before until the peak bloom date; water and drench or foliar fertilization from 30-40 days before just before the harvest.
