PURPOSE: An image flow compensation device is provided to solve image recording problems due to fluidity of samples by continuously controlling electronic coils of a TEM from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A signal input part receives an X-axis control signal, an Y-axis control signal, and a control cycle(T). A calculation/control module outputs input information of the X-axis control signal and the Y-axis control signal to a D/A converter. The D/A converter converts the X-axis control signal and the Y-axis control signal to an analog signal of -3 V to +3 V and outputs to a fluid lens power supply circuit of a microscope.
