<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable improvement in power generation efficiency of a fuel battery without the need for controlling the fuel battery. <P>SOLUTION: A collective housing power system used in a collective housing 100 including M dwelling sections 110-1 to 110-M, each consuming power, comprises: N fuel batteries 111-1 to 111-N installed corresponding to the N dwelling sections 110-1 to 110-N of the M dwelling sections 110-1 to 110-M, where N is less than M; and a switchboard 130 for sharing power generated by the N fuel batteries 111-1 to 111-N in the collective housing 100.
