<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition for high frequency, which has a relative permittivity ε<SB POS="POST">r</SB>of 20 to 28, and a sufficiently large Q×f<SB POS="POST">0</SB>value, which is a product of a resonance frequency f<SB POS="POST">0</SB>(GHz) and a Q value, and can satisfy a condition capable of regulating the absolute value of the temperature coefficient τ<SB POS="POST">f</SB>of the resonance frequency f<SB POS="POST">0</SB>to ≤30 ppm/°C. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition for high frequency contains 0.12 to 0.18 pts.mass of CaTiO<SB POS="POST">3</SB>to 100 pts.mass of a main component represented by formula aNiO-bZnO-cNb<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">5</SB>(wherein 27≤a≤33; 18≤b≤22; 45≤c≤55; and a+b+c=100 (mol%)). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
