<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in a leaf spring truck to properly support a cross member even if a damage should occur to a leaf spring. <P>SOLUTION: The leaf spring truck 1 includes: the cross member 4 for supporting a body 11 of a railway vehicle; a front/back pair of axles 5 disposed along the widthwise direction of the vehicle in the front and back in the lengthwise direction of the vehicle sandwiching the cross member 4; bearings 7 provided on both sides of the axles 5 in the widthwise direction of the vehicle and rotatably supporting the axles 5; axle boxes 8 for housing the bearings 7; the leaf spring 30 that extends in the lengthwise direction of the vehicle while supporting both ends 4a of the cross member 4 in the widthwise direction of the vehicle, and of which both ends 30c in the lengthwise direction of the vehicle are supported at the axle boxes 8; and a backup support mechanism 50 for supporting the ends 4a of the cross member 4 when the ends 4a of the cross member 4 in the widthwise direction of the vehicle are displaced downwards exceeding a predetermined range of elastic deformation of the leaf spring 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
