<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanopore-based biopolymer analyzer which can improve the frequency of passing through a nanopore with respect to a low concentration sample to improve throughput in a measurement method using a nanopore, and a biopolymer analysis method using the biopolymer analyzer. <P>SOLUTION: A nanopore-based biopolymer analyzer has a chamber part which includes a chamber having a sample introduction zone and a sample discharge zone separated by a base plate, a first electrode provided in the sample introduction zone and a second electrode provided in the sample discharge zone, a thin film formed on the base plate, a nanopore formed in the thin film of the base plate and communicating the sample introduction zone with the sample discharge zone, a third electrode disposed in the vicinity of the nanopore of the base plate, and voltage application means to the electrodes.
