PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a genus Agaricus extract promoting the production of a hyaluronic acid more effectively, and suppressing the degradation of the hyaluronic acid, and a composition containing the same.

SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical to treat or prevent a joint mobility disorder contains the genus Agaricus extract that is obtained by extracting dried genus Agaricus with ethanol of 95.0 vol.% or more, and has the production promoting effect and degradation inhibiting effect of hyaluronic acid.
