<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately compose spatially divided videos from a video transmission device even if using a general-purpose video transmission device. <P>SOLUTION: The video processing device detects a presence/absence of a change in a scene in each of a plurality of spatially-divided video input signals. After a change in a scene has been detected in the video input signal, when changes in all the video input signals are detected before the presence/absence of changes in the scenes are detected a predetermined number of times, the video processing device synchronously outputs frames immediately after the detection of the changes in the scenes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
