PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper body for a blood treatment medical implement, the blood treatment medical implement, and a hollow fiber membrane type medical implement, allowing effective prevention of a dielectric breakdown in electron beam sterilization treatment.

SOLUTION: This stopper body sealing an outlet and/or an inlet of the blood treatment medical implement 1 includes a portion wherein surface resistivity is 1×1010Ω or below, and is performed with the sterilization treatment by electron beam irradiation including the blood medial implement in a state that the inside of the blood treatment medical implement is airtightly and/or liquid-tightly sealed.
