<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength SC pile capable of not only easily attaching a pile head reinforcement but also preventing displacement of the pile head reinforcement during centrifugal compaction. <P>SOLUTION: An end fixture 8 is attached to one of end plates 4a and 4b fixed to each of openings at both ends of a steel pipe 2, one end 61 of a pile inner reinforcement 6 with male screws formed at both ends thereof is fixed, a distal end side of a bolt 42 is inserted and screwed through an open hole 41 provided on the other end plate 4b into a coupler 5 screwed to the other end 62 of the pile inner reinforcement 6, the pile inner reinforcement 6 is disposed between the end plates 4a and 4b, and tension is applied to the pile inner reinforcement 6 by fastening the bolt 42. In such a manner, in the state of applying the tension to the pile inner reinforcement 6, by providing a concrete wall body 3 inside the steel pipe 2 by the centrifugal compaction, the displacement of the pile inner reinforcement 6 is prevented even by rotation during the centrifugal compaction, and the high-strength SC pile is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
