<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed device used also as a seat for a vehicle allowing easy deforming work and returning work between a seat and a bed, regarding the bed device used also as the seat for the vehicle capable of deforming two seats installed at front and rear sides into beds of two upper and lower stages. <P>SOLUTION: The bed device used also as the seat for the vehicle 1 includes: a rear seat unit 2; a front seat unit 3; a guide rail 4; a backrest connection frame body 5; a leg connection frame body 6; and a ladder 7. The guide rail 4 is a rail member of an L-shape in a side view and includes a vertical guide rail 4a for vertically guiding a roller 2g1 and a horizontal guide rail 4b for guiding a roller 2g2 forward and backward. The backrest connection frame body 5 connects upper portions and lower portions of the backrests 2a and 3a of front and rear seat units, respectively.
