<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine having a mold clamping force detection part that can accurately and easily measure the mold clamping force in measuring the deformation amount holding the strain sensor to the intermediate of the tie bar and the tie bar on the surface of a rear platen and converting it into the mold clamping force. <P>SOLUTION: The injection molding machine includes a fixed platen 32, a movable platen 30 and a rear platen 20, wherein the fixed platen 32 and the rear platen 20 are connected by a plurality of tie bars 12, 14, 16, and 18, and the movable platen 30 is slidably supported by the plurality of tie bars 12, 14, 16, and 18, and the movable platen 30 is made movable back and forth to the fixed platen 32 by a mold clamping mechanism that comprises a motor for back and forth movable platen 22, a ball screw shaft 26, a toggle mechanism 28 provided on the rear platen 20. A distortion sensor 10 that detects the distortion amount is attached through the attaching member to push against the surface of the rear platen 20 which is an intermediate of at least either of two adjoining tie bars among a plurality of tie bars on the surface of the rear platen 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
