<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset grinding wheel, which is a rotary offset grinding wheel that is used to grind a metallic plate such as, mainly, iron, stainless, etc. or to remove a coating film that coats the surface, being mounted on a power tool, an air tool, etc. and which is light and has superior operability and can keep its high cutting performance for a long time, with little vibration at cutting. <P>SOLUTION: A carbon fiber disc 9, which is made into plate form of thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin, a shock absorbing layer 19, which is made of rubber, or the like, and a metallic disc, which has a grinding face to which diamond particles 13 are fixed by electrodeposition or brazing, and is formed in such form as to stick fast to the carbon fiber disc, are integrated by an adhesive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
