<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a slurry composition, which can achieve excellent dispersibility by a simple step; and to provide a slurry composition produced by the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a slurry composition containing an inorganic powder, a polyvinyl acetal resin, and an organic solvent includes a step of adding and mixing an inorganic powder, a polyvinyl acetal resin (A), and an organic solvent for inorganic dispersion to fabricate an inorganic dispersion liquid, a step of adding and mixing a polyvinyl acetal resin (B) and an organic solvent for a resin solution to fabricate the resin solution, and a step of adding the resin solution to the inorganic dispersion liquid, wherein the polyvinyl acetal resin (A) has a degree of polymerization of 20 to 190 and a hydroxyl group amount of 28 to 60 mol%; the polyvinyl acetal resin (B) has a degree of polymerization of 800 to 4,000 and a hydroxyl group amount of 28 to 42 mol%; and in the step of fabricating the inorganic dispersion liquid, 0.1 to 20 pts.wt. of the polyvinyl acetal resin (A) is added to 100 pts.wt. of the inorganic powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
