<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a production plan for easily performing component adjustment of a liquid material to be charged and achieving high productivity, i.e. with a small loss portion, in equipment for manufacturing a product by solidifying liquid materials continuously charged. <P>SOLUTION: A production plan making device, which makes a production plan for the equipment for successively charging a plurality of liquid materials, each of which has a component proportion different from that of each other, solidifying the charged liquid materials, and manufacturing a product from each of the liquid materials, calculates the amount of product loss estimated to be produced when charging the liquid material to be charged posteriorly, and selects a component causing the largest amount of product loss as the first component that is subjected to component adjustment on the basis of the target value of each component to be contained in a liquid material to be charged posteriorly, and on the basis of the quantity of each component contained in a liquid material charged anteriorly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
