<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retainer in which one type of the retainer can retain different types of bottomed cylinders. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a retainer for retaining a bottomed cylinder arranged in a formwork so as to form a vertical hole on the top face of a concrete building.
