<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent scratches on the surface of a body to be cleaned, and to properly clean it. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning member includes: a cylindrical shaft body 100A; a sheet-like elastic layer 100B spirally wound on the outer periphery of the shaft body 100A to clean the surface of the body to be cleaned in a contact manner; and a fixing member 120 for fixing the elastic layer 100B to the shaft body 100A. The cleaning member satisfies the following conditions (1-1) and (2-1): (1-1) the fixing member 120 penetrates through the elastic layer 100B from the outer periphery side toward the shaft body 100A, and is fixed into the shaft body 100A to fix the elastic layer 100B to the shaft body 100A, and the height of the fixing member 120 protruding radially from the surface of the shaft body 100A is less than the thickness of the elastic layer 100B; and (2-1) the height of at least one end in a lateral direction of the elastic layer 100B where the fixing member 120 penetrates is equal to the thickness of the elastic layer 100B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
