<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam superheater which though has a compact configuration and can quickly adjust the temperature of superheated steam. <P>SOLUTION: A heat exchanging part 2 is formed in a triple tube structure having a first annular passage R1, a second annular passage R2, and an in-inner tube passage R3 in this order from the outside, and is provided with a burner 20 on the base end side in its axial direction, the first annular passage R1 has a steam inlet 3c, through which steam V is introduced, on the base end side in the axial direction, and is connected, on the tip side in the axial direction, with a passage header 6, which guides and circulates steam V, having circulated through the first annular passage R1, to the in-inner tube passage R3, the second annular passage R2 is connected, on the base end side in the axial direction, with a combustion chamber 22 of a burner 20 to circulate the steam V through the first annular passage R1, the passage header 6 and the in-inner tube passage R3 in this order, and combustion gas E is made to flow through the second annular passage R2, thereby generating superheated steam S by heat exchange between the steam V and the combustion gas E. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
