<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector for a flat cable which has waterproof performance and is easy to assemble, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A waterproof connector for a flat cable comprises: a flat cable 10 comprising an insulating coating part 12 in which a conductor wiring 11a is coated with an insulation film 12a; a terminal 20 coupled to the conductor wiring 11a; and a connector housing 30 fitting with a mating connector 50 so that the terminal 20 and a mating terminal 51 are connected.
