<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately heat food than prior art by detecting temperatures using an infrared ray sensor. <P>SOLUTION: In a heating cooker 1, the infrared ray sensor 21 detects temperatures at a plurality of positions within a view angle including food to be heated by using a plurality of infrared ray sensor elements arrayed in rows. The detection results of temperatures of the plurality of positions are input to a control part 6 from the infrared ray array sensor 21. The controller part 6 determines the temperature of the food from the temperatures detected at the plurality of positions based on the changes in temperature at the plurality of positions resulted from a first step heating to the object to be heated, and controls a second step heating to the object to be heated based on the determination results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
