<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an area sensor position adjustment method capable of obscuring unevenness of vignetting portions at the four corners of image data obtained from an area sensor. <P>SOLUTION: On the outgoing side of an image forming lens in an imaging apparatus, there is disposed the area sensor aligned with the center matched to the optical axis of the image forming lens. The area sensor position adjustment method calculates the horizontal and vertical deviation of vignetting portions 221 to 224 at the four corners of image data 22 obtained from the area sensor and adjusts the position of the area sensor so as to make the deviation zero. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
