摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a resin coat 9 from getting into a hole 6 for a terminal piece of a multicore connector. <P>SOLUTION: In a structure of a multicore cable and a multicore connector, a terminal piece 4 connected to a terminal of an insulated core wire 3 of a multicore cable 1 is inserted in a multicore connector 5. The multicore connector 5 has a gap in a hole 6 in which the terminal piece 4 is fitted, or has the hole 6 in which the terminal piece 4 is not fitted. The ratio (S2/S1) of the total area S1 of the hole 6 to a wall area S2 of the hole 6 is set to 0.5-20, and melt viscosity of a resin coat 9 is set to 0.5-200 Pa's. Thereby, the molten resin is prevented from leaking from the hole 6 for the terminal piece and the gap by surface tension due to the melt viscosity of a molding material and a difference between the area of the hole and the area around it; no large sink is produced on the surface of the resin coat 9; and the resin coat 9 having an outer shape in conformity with a mold cavity and good transferability is formed.
