The support (4) has a recess (18) receiving a wheel bearing, and connection units (6, 8) connected with a motor car chassis and a brake caliper (12). Integrated cool air guidance geometries axially feeds the cool air, and cool air guidance geometries are formed as cool air flow guidance bodies (20, 22) including an entrance surface, which is larger than an exit surface such that the guidance bodies act as a nozzle. The guidance bodies comprise an air master web (24), and are formed between the brake caliper and the support.
