The flaps are provided with: first narrowed portions (61) in which the length of the widthwise direction of the flaps is shorter than the length in the widthwise direction of the regions frontwards and rearwards thereof; first flaps (63) that protrude outward in the widthwise direction and are disposed frontward of the first narrowed portions (61); and second flaps (64) that protrude further outward than the first narrowed portions (61) in the widthwise direction and are disposed rearward of the first narrowed portions (61). Concave portions (70), which are indented in the thickness direction of the flaps, are formed in the flaps, and the concave portions extend outwards from the inside in the widthwise direction towards the rear thereof.</p>
