Disclosed are a pair of 3D glasses and a radio frequency communication method for a pair of 3D glasses. The pair of 3D glasses receives a radio frequency signal sent by the closest 3D player in a radio frequency wave, wherein the signal includes an independent identification code of the 3D player and control parameter information about the pair of 3D glasses. The pair of 3D glasses reads and stores the identification code of the 3D player, and receives a parameter signal of the 3D player. In the working mode, the pair of 3D glasses only receives a parameter signal of a 3D player with the identification code thereof stored, and receives the identification code and parameter signal every once in a specific while, thus the interference from other 3D players can be effectively avoided. The pair of 3D glasses has low power consumption, simple procedure of full-automatic matching, and good interference immunity, and can carry out relatively remote communications.
