A COPPER WIRE OF JELLY CABLE RECYCLING DEVICE AND RECYCLING METHOD USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A copper wire recycling system of a jelly cable and a method using the same are provided to increase the recycling efficiency by extracting a pure copper by completely removing remaining PE attached to a copper wire. CONSTITUTION: A reaction container(10) accommodates a jelly cable inside. A heating furnace(20) increases temperature inside of the heating furnace up to a desired temperature by heating a heating wire(210). A melt exhaust line(30) exhausts jelly or covering dissolved in the reaction container outside the reaction container. A gas exhaust line(40) exhausts PE gas vaporized in the reaction container. A nitrogen gas injection line(50) injects nitrogen gas into the reaction container when cooling the reaction container. A temperature measuring apparatus(60) measures temperature inside the reaction container.
