PURPOSE: A system and a method for VOC(Volatile Organic Compound) treatment are provided to enhance VOC treatment efficiency and to ensure simple maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A VOC treatment system comprises a reaction unit(301), a post-treatment unit(302), a inlet part(305), a blower(303), and an outlet part(307). The reaction unit contains a honey comb adsorptive element in which metal-doped mesopore silica adsorbent is supported for decomposing VOC. The post-treatment unit decomposes VOC degradation product and unreacted ozone. The blower is mounted between the inlet part and the reaction part.
