<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable fan device that achieves improvement in safety. <P>SOLUTION: The portable fan device is configured as follows. A blower fan is covered with a casing while a suction port for sucking air and a blowout outlet for blowing out the air are provided in the casing.
