<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly provide information on how crowded a train is. <P>SOLUTION: An information providing device 1 includes: a storage device 10 that stores congestion degree data 11 for correlating an identifier of a train with the congestion degree of the train; a searching condition acquisition means 23 that acquires searching condition data 14 including a departure station, a destination station, a departure time and an arrival time; and a route searching means 24 that based on the searching condition data 14, searches a train which leaves the departure station at the departure time and arrives at the destination station before the arrival time, and acquires the congestion degree corresponding to the identifier of the searched train from the congestion data 11 to output search result data which correlates the searched train identifier with the acquired congestion degree. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
