<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire, to which a user can arrange a decoration or other accessories as desired. <P>SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire, pin holes 30 are formed in the sidewall 14. Mounting elements 40 mounted into the pin holes 30 each include a pin member 42 and a head 44. The diameter A2 of the pin member 42 is set to be greater than the inner diameter A1 of the pin hole 30.
