<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion capture device and a motion capture program capable of measuring the motion of a tongue in a state with little restriction on the motion of a measured person. <P>SOLUTION: The motion capture device 1 includes: a magnetic source 10 stuck to the surface of the tongue of the measured person M; a magnetic sensor 40 stuck to the surface of the face of the measured person M for detecting a magnetic field formed by the magnetic source 10; an optical marker 41 disposed at the same position as the magnetic sensor 40 stuck to the surface of the face of the measured person; a plurality of photographing devices 60 for photographing the optical sensor 41 from different positions and in different directions; and a coordinate computing means 70 for computing absolute coordinates of the magnetic source 10 stuck to the surface of the tongue of the measured person M from the size of the magnetic field detected by the magnetic sensor 40 and images of the optical marker 41 photographed by the photographing devices 60.
