<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structure puncture instrument allowing accurate control of a puncture position and direction to a pedicle when forming a pilot hole in the pedicle of a spine. <P>SOLUTION: This puncture instrument includes: a puncture needle 2 for forming the pilot hole; and a basis bar 3 which is provided at a prescribed angle from the puncture needle and is a basis for leading the puncture needle 2 to a desired position at a desired angle. Because leading the puncture needle 2 to the desired position at the desired angle by the basis bar 3, the puncture needle can be controlled with a simple configuration as compared to when separately providing a guide device in a puncture instrument. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
