摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film which contains fine particles and an ultraviolet absorber, has a phase difference of &lambda;/4, and has a haze that is suppressed to be a low value, a polarizing plate, and a display device using the same, particularly relating to a 3D liquid crystal display device and an organic EL display device which have a high contrast of an image without crosstalk. <P>SOLUTION: In a retardation film of which a retardation value Ro in a film plane that has been measured with light at a wavelength of 550 nm under an environment at 23&deg;C and 55% RH is in a range of 128-148 nm and in which at least two layers are stacked, a first layer contains an ultraviolet absorber and a second layer contains fine particles of which a volume average particle diameter is within a range of 0.01-1.00 &mu;m, and the retardation film is produced by stacking the second layer during the period until the first layer is wound after the first layer has been formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
