<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam mortar kneaded product excellent in flowability and stability, capable of setting widely the range of a contained air quantity and obtaining continuous foam, and having gas permeability and water permeability, even when using a general surfactant or an animal protein-based foaming agent without using a special surfactant as a foaming agent. <P>SOLUTION: This foam mortar kneaded product is a kneaded product formed by kneading an ordinary portland cement, a fine particle admixture, water and a forming agent, together with an additive, if necessary, wherein the fine particle admixture contains limestone powder and cellulose powder at the ratio of 1:0.0005-0.002, and the weight ratio of the cement to the fine particle admixture is 1:0.3-2.5, and the air amount is 40-75 vol%.
