摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volume measuring device capable of dealing with various sizes of objects to be measured and performing measurement with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A volume measuring device 1 comprises: sealed space forming means 3 capable of forming a sealed space by housing an object 2 to be measured; capacity changing means 4 for changing a capacity of the sealed space; pressure measuring means 5 for measuring pressure of gas in the sealed space; and a volume determination unit 74 for determining a volume value of the object 2 to be measured on the basis of a pressure measurement value obtained before and after changes in capacity in the sealed space. The device includes a plurality of pedestals 6a-6c on which the object 2 to be measured is placed in the sealed space and that are different in sizes, and includes a pedestal volume data storage unit 80 for storing respective volume data of the pedestals 6a-6c. The volume determination unit 74 is configured to read out the volume data, corresponding to a pedestal 6 selected from among the pedestals 6a-6c and used according to a size of the object 2 to be measured, from a volume data storage unit 80 and determine a volume value of the object 2 to be measured on the basis of a pressure measurement value measured by the pressure measuring means 5 and the volume data corresponding to the pedestal 6 to be used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
