The present invention increases the system capacity regardless of the distribution state of user terminals within a cell while reducing the installation space of antennae. In the wireless communication method of the present invention, a wireless base station device selects a precoding vector from a pre-set code book in a non-uniform manner with regard to the orientation direction of antenna elements on the basis of the communication quality information of user terminals within the cell, multiplies the selected precoding vector by the signal supplied to each antenna element, and transmits the signal multiplied with the precoding vector to a user terminal. Meanwhile, in the wireless communication method of the present invention, a user terminal receives the signal from the wireless base station device, measures the channel quality by extracting the reference signal from the received signal, and feeds a communication quality feedback signal containing the measured channel quality back to the wireless base station device via uplink.
