<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a superior freshness keeping characteristic effected by using this MA packaging and by lowering a product temperature because the MA packaging prevents the degradation of a product value caused by moisture collected in packaging, which is a problem related to a conventional one, and cools a product using a vacuum precooling method. <P>SOLUTION: This vegetable and fruit freshness keeping packaging bag is made of a transparent synthetic resin film whose thickness is 15-150 μm and which is formed with 1-20 holes having an open area between 0.3-10 mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>each. Within 24 hours after a vegetable or fruit is packaged, the oxygen concentration in the packaging amounts to 3-18 vol.% and the carbon dioxide concentration of 3-18 vol.% by the respiration of the vegetable or the fruit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
