<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict impact and collision noise resulting from uncontrolled movement of a torsion coil spring. <P>SOLUTION: A torsion coil spring 20 has a winding part 23 and leg parts 21 and 22 extended in a direction orthogonal to a shaft center C0 of the winding part 23. A rotation body 51 is provided with a support shaft 52 and a driving part 53. When the torsion coil spring 20 is attached and a handler 56 is not operated, the leg parts 21 and 22 are opened and pressed by leg part engaging parts 54a and 54b in the direction in which they are opened. Thereby, an energizing force F1 acts on the torsion coil spring 20, the lower part of the inner periphery of the winding part 23 abuts on the lower part of the outer periphery of the support shaft 52, and the winding part 23 is supported by the support shaft 52. When the rotation body 51 is rotated clockwise by operating the handler 56 rightwards from a neutral position, the driving part 53 drives the leg part 21 such that the leg part 21 separates from the leg part engaging part 54a and displaced in the direction in which it is opened while the leg part 22 is locked by the leg part engaging part 54b and its movement is restricted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
