<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a handler device at an attachment angle corresponding to an attachment part of a musical instrument body while widening a range of attachment angles at which the handler device can be fixed by threadable engagement. <P>SOLUTION: The handler device is constituted having a wheel and a stay in one body, and attached to the musical instrument body by fixing an attached part S to a panel by threadable engagement. The attached part S is provided with a projection part 26 in one body on the opposite side of an attachment part abutting surface 25 of a plate-like part 24, and a through hole 27 for fastening is formed from the plate-like part 24 to the projection part 26. The attachment part abutting surface 25 is made to abut against a tip surface 12 of a boss 11, and a screw 30 is threadably engaged with a screw hole 13 of the boss 11 from below through the through hole 27 for fastening. The through hole 27 for fastening is large enough to insert a shaft part 33 of the screw 30, but a head part 31 cannot be inserted. The projection part 26 is downward convex (for example, a cylindrical surface).
