<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and an electronic apparatus capable of suppressing outside-light reflection and reduction in extraction efficiency of light emitted from a light-emitting layer. <P>SOLUTION: A display device includes: a light-emitting layer; a reflection part for reflecting light incident from the light-emitting layer side to the display surface side; an absorption type polarizing plate provided on the display surface; a phase difference plate between the light-emitting layer and the absorption type polarizing plate; a reflection type polarizing plate provided between the phase difference plate and the absorption type polarizing plate and reflecting a predetermined light in an optical axis direction out of transmission light of the phase difference plate; and an outside-light reflection suppressing layer provided between the light-emitting layer and the reflection type polarizing plate and absorbing some of outside-light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
